What do the program materials look like
How does the comprehensive training program proceed
Before the program starts, a WhatsApp group is created (including: Athlete, Mentor, Parent, and Project Manager). The athlete can communicate with the mentor every day regarding any unclear moments
The athlete receives educational materials and tasks to their email, which they complete in real life and then send a report to the mentor
The tasks cover the most important psychological topics for the athlete
01
Within 2 days, the athlete completes the program's tasks and sends a report to the mentor
For each completed task, the athlete receives feedback from the mentor in the form of a voice message in their dedicated WhatsApp group
Completing program tasks requires the athlete to spend approximately 30 minutes per day
02
Every week, the athlete has a personal consultation with the mentor (via WhatsApp or Skype)

During these sessions, they discuss the athlete's main difficulties and specific situations, analyze the past week, and plan for the next one
The first changes in the athlete's mindset and actions start to appear as early as the second week of the program
